The bicycle, easy mean of transport, feasible for all and everywhere is a hobby which has more and more followers who wish to look after their body without too much effort and allows everyone to take part in an action of long-lasting development.Vélo Bleu was born of a wish to answer a need there was for the inhabitants and the local residents of Epinal and to offer tourists the possibility to discover the area in an ecological way.
Managed by APF, Vélo Bleu mobilize its local resources by advancing the social dimension.
